Law Office of Harvey Kesner successfully completed the sale of three wireless markets of commercial wireless services to Natural Wireless, LLC on behalf of Towerstream I Inc. of Newport, Rhode Island.  The sale included subscribers, tower leases, equipment and FCC licenses.  In connection with the transactions, the firm also renegotiated various releases and amendments with Melody Business Finance, LLC for approval of the transaction.  Attorney Douglas Beck represented Towerstream I in the transaction.
