On February 14, 2024 Unusual Machines, Inc. (NYSE American UMAC) announced the closing of the acquisition of two Tier 1 Drone companies from Red Cat Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:RCAT) following the initial public offering of the company.  The acquisitions consist of FPV (First Person View) drone goggle manufacturer Fat Shark Holdings, Ltd. A pioneer in ultra-low latency first person view (FPV) goggles, and Rotor Riot, LLC, a curated e-commerce marketplace focused on serving drone enthusiasts.  The Firm represented the Special Committee of the Board of Directors of Red Cat Holdings, Inc. in the transactions.
